- Refunds: Refunds (if applicable) are processed based on restaurant and payment provider policies.
3. Responsibilities
- Food Quality: Restaurants are fully responsible for meal preparation and hygiene.
- Delivery: CHAWP and its delivery partners aim for timely service but cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining your account confidentiality.
4. Prohibited Activities
- Submitting false or misleading orders
- Using CHAWP for unlawful purposes
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service
- Harassing delivery riders, staff, or partner restaurants
5. Liability and Disclaimers
CHAWP acts as an intermediary between customers and restaurants. We are not liable for food quality, delays, or damages arising from third-party actions. However, we aim to ensure fairness and assist with disputes when possible.
6. Modifications and Termination
We may modify these terms or suspend accounts that violate them. Updates will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
